"Overall we enjoyed our trip and this was supported by good accommodation at the villa. The villa manager was very accessible which made things easier for us, we arrived later in the evening and had to pay a late check in fee which I believe should not be compulsory. I had to deal with a few issues regarding our second payment for the villa which should have been taken on the same card as used for the deposit 3 0 days prior to arriving. "The stay was good but with some remarks: - some fourniture is outdated (chairs in kitchen and sofa ouside are worn out) - very bad smell in the washing room - you need a car for visiting the city (more than 30 minutes of walk) all issues and problems were solved quickly by the support and service team - very good communication"

"Vila Balaia is an oasis of tranquility. We were 2 families that spent 6/4 nights there in March, and the experience was outstanding. Claudia was very friendly and accommodating with our early check-in, she bought us some bread, milk and oranges as a welcome gift, which was very appreciated. "we enjoyed our stay here in the spacious property . There was good facilities and fresh towels delivered mid week. However there was a rancid sewerage smell that was vile and impacted our stay. There was also ants in the kitchen."

"We really enjoyed the attractive house and the beautiful terraces overlooking the beautiful garden with an enormous diversity of plants and trees. We understand why the name Small World was chosen. The location is great. Quiet but within easy driving distance of a number of beautiful beaches and the location town of Silves. From the house you can also take beautiful walks in the immediate area. "We had a fantastic time at this excellent property. The property has a large outdoor pool, and is massive inside, with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. The teenagers in our group particularly liked having the downstairs area to themselves. The property was c15 minutes from Vilamoura marina and approx 20 mins from the beach.
