"We had a wonderful family trip to this property. We hiked at the nearby Garland Ranch Park, went to a wine tasting within walking distance of the property, BBQ'd one evening and sat around the fire pit for some dessert. There is quite a bit more to do in the area and it is within a reasonable distance from Carmel and Monterey. We had one elderly person in our group who was able to enjoy the spacious lawns with a walker. A memorable trip!"

"Beautiful place with a great view, many things to do in and around the area. We had a great time and will definitely stay again. Couple of things, we noticed that the unit smelled of marijuana when we first stepped into the unit. We noticed someone next door smoking it and with the doors open the smell really came into our unit. Also, the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms kept beeping so we had to take the battery out so we could sleep. But, all in all we had a great stay and will be...

"Our family stayed here while visiting friends who are local to Santa Cruz. We come from a landlocked state, so waking up each morning and looking at the ocean was amazing. You could hear the waves from the patio and we loved how comfortable, clean, and well cared for.the home is. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any requests or questions. The unit itself was perfect.
