"By far one of the most unorganized hotel i have ever tried. Reception hardly ever there and when someone comes, can't help much. Furniture old and uncomfortable, sheets and towels hardly every changed. "We stayed a total of three nights and the property was absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious and clean with a cute little terrace. The ceiling had a beautiful mural of cherubs above the bed. And the breakfast...WOW! All prepared in house with love, fruit pie, quiche, pastries, yogurt, muffins, bread with cold cuts. A feast! We highly recommend the Palazzo Salia. We were well received by Mauro and Dora."

"I booked the hotel as it was described as wheelchair accessible and I even emailed the property to confirm. They replied that it was indeed wheelchair accessible. When we arrived, I could not get past the bed in my wheelchair or enter the bathroom. The toilet had no hand rails and the shower has a step to enter it and also no handles or a shower seat. It was totally unsuitable for my needs and we had to find another hotel."
