"A must stay in Banos! What you lose in convenience of location (not walkable to town) you gain in top notch service, modern and luxury finishings, magnificent views! Would stay here again and again!!! "

"The staff was great! The amenities were great! I own a maintenance company so it is an area they need to take a look at. Our Spa tub filled VERY slowly and drained even slower. The skylight about the toilet leaked during the rain in room 26. None of these issues would prevent me from going again and I would have stayed longer if I could. However, I have bad pollen allergies and something was bothering me since it is 300 years old and has no A/C I had to leave. LOVED our Stay!"
