"The staff was amazing and it was a great location. The room was large enough but we were on the fifth floor so we had to take the regular elevator to the third floor, get out, walk through a couple doors, down a hall and get on the exterior elevator to the fifth floor. That was annoying but we managed. All of the people working there were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Rome!"
