"I stay here every time that I return to Ixtapa. The personnel at this hotel are top notch and always make me feel at home. Their pleasant attitude and helpful service are the reason that i always return to the Hotel Emporio. I, also, like the location because it is right across the street from good shopping and many restaurants. The bus / combi stop in front of the hotel makes it easy to visit the market and other places in the town of Zihuatanejo. The Palmar Beach in front of the hotel is beautiful and fantastic for walking and sunsets. I really like this property and always feel relaxed and refreshed when I visit. "

"This was easily one of our best vacations. Two families went together, and we had the most amazing time. Pictures don't do justice. Property is oceanfront, and the home is built overlooking both the pool and ocean. Enough space for our families to hang together, and to each have our own space. The town is a short drive, we all took surf lessons.We also did the additional chef package which I highly recommend. The staff helped coordinate activities like horseback riding and massages. We would ABSOLUTELY return to this home again!!! I still miss it! "

"Great beach, pool area and restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and the views are spectacular. The rolling waves were really fun, and walking into ixtapa was easy. Great time, highly recommended. "

"Excellent 4 night stay at Azul Grand. Service in every department was prompt, friendly, and met all our needs. The views and sunsets are amazing. Beautiful pools and spa. Make sure you reserve speciality restaurants early in your stay to take advantage of the choices. Very close to Isla Ixtapa ferry and Playa Linda. Only notes I have is the hotel should consider adding more furniture to the large balconies and reduce the amount of bright (almost blinding) white light in some areas and restaurants. Overall highly recommend this hotel. "
