"We enjoyed the pools, gym, and walkable distance to nearby markets and Khao San Rd. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful. The area is a bit difficult to get transportation to, due to road closures and lack of public transportation. The rooms could use a deeper cleaning. "

"It was our second time at Shangri-La Bangkok. The stay was fantastic as always. The staff was really attentive and friendly, the room is spacious and beautiful, the food at the Lounge was just delicious. The location is super convenient with a sky train station and a ferry nearby. Plan to come again next year. "

"The hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad and the service is very good. The only issue I had was around the bar as the bartender does not really know how to make mixed drinks and their wine is out of a box. The one advantage is that it is next to Hua Lampong subway station and there is a Starbucks right beside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from Chinatown if you like that area. "

"Good hotel, centrally located, we walked everywhere 86k steps in 3 days. Rooms good size and with modern feel. Staff very nice and friendly. Rooms cleaned and water refreshed. Roof top bar superb, however the price of a drink is super, super expensive £28 for 2 330ml.😱"
