"Ive been to some crappy hotel. This ranks first. I checked in early. The front desk guy was nice and gave me the keys. I go to the room and the door knob is broken. I use the key to open it. By the way, i cut my finger from the door knob, badly. I walked in and the room wasnt cleaned. Like filthy. I go down and ask the guy to clean it. I come back at night and untouched. The room was dirty. Napkins on the floor. Trash can had trash. Spider webs aroundbthe room. Window taped up. Ac unit old and...

"We travel a lot. From the very first moment you walk through the door you feel appreciated. The staff is amazing.The building spotless, the room was spectacular. We spent nine nights here and it was wonderful.. Hotel management. You should be so proud of the staff. Great job guys"
