The staff were very friendly helpful. The hotel is extremely clean and well looked after. The room 604 was very spacious and clean, very large bed. Room was cleaned every day bottled water and anything you had forgotten. Pool is small but lovely. We had a buffet that didn't disappoint. The only disappointment for us was that we were there during Ramadan so we could only eat and drink in our room during the day.This also meant that children ran around all night slamming doors and screaming, not a lot you can do about that.

There was quite a lot of noisy renovations going on at silly hours of the day (was woken up at 6:30am) and the hot water wasn’t working for first 2 days of stay. Hotel is in a great location but service was not up to scratch
