"Extremely helpful staff. Showed us where to park and had an English speaking front desk staff to show us around and explain the hotel bath, dining, and other schedules. The hotel grounds were gorgeous. The room was extremely spacious and I wish we could have stayed a few more nights to enjoy everything. Hope to be back one day."

"The overall service is good and the view is nice. I would recommend this property. Just some minor issue in winter time. The parking is a bit far and snow cause a bit difficulty to access. The insulation is not quite good for winter. The shower area and the way to open air bath is cold. "

"I had a really comfortable stay at Route-Inn. The room is nice and bed comfy. The breakfast buffet was superb and there are lots of options for affordable dining close by. It is a bit of a walk to get to the train station and some bus stops but I was able to get everywhere I needed just fine. "
