"The room is reasonable for three persons. We have been to smaller rooms. Nice for Japan rooms. Very convenient and walkable to shops, cafes and Nagano station."

"It is self check in and there is a storage place for our luggage as we arrived around 1pm. This hotel is very close to the train station. There are lots of food options at the train station. Our room is kind of small for 2 adults with 2 luggage but we will manage. The room is clean. The staff are very helpful. "
