"Sabrina’s villa was truly fantastic! We stay in villas every year in France and this was the best by far! The outside space was beautiful and my mum is disabled but the accommodation made her feel confident and comfortable. "The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . "Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"The property is excellently located and has sufficient space and amenities to cater for 8 people comfortably and 10 if you have younger children- not babies. The pool is immaculately well kept and a few things like the hedge positioning and outside shower and toilet for pool use make this a fantastic place to stay for your trip to Ile de Re! Bike hire and easily accessible bike paths throughout the island and the La Noue market a very short distance away, leave your with very little to think...

"Fabulous spacious villa and pool really enjoyed our time there everything we needed was available from the kitchen to the bedrooms the outside area was especially good with an electric sun shade over the dining area which was handy as it was in the thirties. the arena the villa is located is very quiet but not to far away from the village center overall it is the perfect location for touring around"

"The property suited us exactly for what we needed - being a week away for 5 adults and 2 children. It was 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes to the shops and a playground just down the road. The house is relatively new and therefore complete with new fixtures, fitting and contents (mostly Ikea), a decent sized back garden (decking, fake turf and stones) with lots of outdoor furniture and generally had all the things we needed. Thanks for a great place for our week away."

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
