"I had a great time staying with Virginie and Jennie at Sur le Chemin des Sens. Its the perfect place for relaxing and the food is outstanding. I don't think I've ever felt so 'at home' away from home and the commitment and passion to making every guest feel very welcome is obvious. I hope to return one day and hope Sur Le Chemin, is not completely booked up!"

"We stayed here in July for one night and it was like being invited to a house party. The welcome could not have been friendlier. The accommodation was perfect and the little terrace was bathed with early evening sunshine, very pleasant. The Air con was very welcome later though. We didn't have the evening meal but it smelled delicious!! Breakfast was exactly what we needed. it was ideal and a lovely change from a chain hotel. Thanks, A little Gem!! "

"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. On the advert it said dogs allowed but when we arrived we weren’t given the room advertised as there was a carpet on the floor. We were taken to an outside room which was very tired and old fashioned. We only stayed one night although booked for two. Probably much better in summer. The breakfast was very good but the dining room smelt very musty. Madame was very sweet - the hotel had been run by her parents for thirty years. It needs a little updating"

Nos hôtes étaient très agréables et nous ont donné de bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter et où manger. Nous prévoyons d'y retourner et nous les recommanderons à tous nos amis. "Lovely room in an ideal location. Easy short walk to the town for dining options. Clean, comfortable room in a beautiful garden setting with a river at the end. Feels very relaxing and is ideal for seeing the Dordogne area. Owners are lovely and very helpful with suggestions for where to visit. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight. ONE WARNING - this property does not accept credit cards, however there is an ATM nearby."

"A little hard to find. Rural cottage atmosphere. 5 min drive to Domme. 20 min to Sarlat. The entire floor is yours. "

"An amazing place tucked away in the countryside but conveniently located for lots of the area’s attractions. We came in late Sept and the weather was warm enough for us to picnic our evening meal on the terrace in peace and quiet. The hosts are brilliant nothing is too much trouble and spent time explaining the best places to go. The rooms are of a really high standard and decorated impressively. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. "
