"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing. On the advert it said dogs allowed but when we arrived we weren’t given the room advertised as there was a carpet on the floor. We were taken to an outside room which was very tired and old fashioned. We only stayed one night although booked for two. Probably much better in summer. The breakfast was very good but the dining room smelt very musty. Madame was very sweet - the hotel had been run by her parents for thirty years. It needs a little updating"

Son emplacement est idéal car nous pouvons rejoindre toutes les principales attractions touristiques de la région en moins de 20 minutes. "Lovely room in an ideal location. Easy short walk to the town for dining options. Clean, comfortable room in a beautiful garden setting with a river at the end. Feels very relaxing and is ideal for seeing the Dordogne area. Owners are lovely and very helpful with suggestions for where to visit. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight. ONE WARNING - this property does not accept credit cards, however there is an ATM nearby."

"A little hard to find. Rural cottage atmosphere. 5 min drive to Domme. 20 min to Sarlat. The entire floor is yours. "

"An amazing place tucked away in the countryside but conveniently located for lots of the area’s attractions. We came in late Sept and the weather was warm enough for us to picnic our evening meal on the terrace in peace and quiet. The hosts are brilliant nothing is too much trouble and spent time explaining the best places to go. The rooms are of a really high standard and decorated impressively. We cannot recommend this place highly enough. "

"Chateau was beautifully decorated. Small elevator to bring our bags to first floor. Owner helped carry bags from entrance stairs to elevator. Robert and his wife were gracious and helpful."
