"We went with 4 perons and 2 dogs to the wonderfull vacation-villa of Gilles. It was wonderfull. Beautiful garden, all was fenced (good for our dogs, so they could be free and save in the garden). Nice pool, big enough. There are plenty of seats to chill in the garden. Also inside it was perfect. You had everything you needed in kitchen,... "Discussion avec la propriétaire à notre arrivée. Une machine à café Dolce Gusto était prévue dans le descriptif et il n'y en avait pas. J'ai contacté la proprio qui habite à 350 Kms de la location pour m'entendre dire que l'ancienne machine est tombée en panne mais qu'elle en a une chez elle mais qu'elle ne va pas parcourir 350 Kms pour me l'apporter. Je lui propose d'aller en acheter une et qu'elle me remboursera. Plus d'une demi heure de discussion avant qu'elle ne m'autorise à m'en ^procurer...

"Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"La Roche aux Bois is a beautiful house with much thought given to details such as the decoration and renovation of this charming stone house and garden . Our family of 12 enjoyed the peace and quietness of the house set in a lovely garden surrounded by palm trees and oleander. The house needed more equipment in the kitchen such as cups , sharp knives, potato peeler etc and it missed a guest book with important details of where things are such as bottle bank, banks, pharmacy, places of interest...
