"Very kind and helpful check in/admin. Breakfast was fun and adequate with kids. Location is very convenient, especially with kids. Bus stop for bus to station and center is right in front. Several fast food chains with indoor playgrounds are nextdoor. A great cafe and bakery is next door. A large shopping mall is directly across the street"

"Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. "After a days skiing my husband ran a bath, got in and pressed the button for bubbles. Lumps of black scum poured out - he leapt out. told reception who said someone would come. left water in bath to show them. day 2. Nice cleaner emptied bath, husband ran bath in evening. more lumps of black scum. Took photo and told reception. this happened for 6 days. photo is of scum after 6 days of running bubbles. on checking out told hotel not happy - they said they would investigate and let us know. ...

"The hotel manager and employees are not doing their jobs. No towels changed in the room even if we left the dirty ones on the floor, the hotel manager or any employee didn't know how the room safe worked, the fridge in the room wasn’t working and was replaced just the last day. Even so re s we, when we complained the hotel manager said it was our fault. All other people at the hotel were paying much less because they didn’t book through Expedia. "Très bon moment partagé avant et après la fête qui a eu lieu au village. Maison très chaleureuse et très confortable qui nous a permis de nous retrouver en petits groupes autour de la grande table de la cuisine, dans les salons, autour du billard. Le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur mais nous avons bien savouré le confort intérieur. Nous n'avons pas résolu le mystère des 3 robinets à l'évier de la cuisine (?)."

Beautiful home stay

"Communication from the outset was excellent, Nina was extremely helpful. She even went to the extent of getting us the loan of a guitar for my son! The house location was close to the main road which made it easily accessible, but road noise wasn’t an issue. It was also close to a few large supermarkets but a car is necessary for grocery shopping. The local village had very few shops and restaurants which meant there was nothing accessible within walking distance. We did find a local restaurant towards the end of our stay which was in a field, serving drinks and a small range of meals, in a very quirky style and setting. The home itself is beautifully decorated, and clearly much loved. We noted an extensive range of crockery, glassware etc, and it was well stocked with bowls, serving dishes, pots and pans. One slight negative was both bathrooms are downstairs but we were aware of this when we booked. The pool area was well set up with furniture and parasols, the owner keeps an eye daily on water levels and quality but asked us to also be diligent to keep the pool operating properly. We loved the outdoor eating area which is covered and cosy, with plenty of crockery, glassware etc. We ate most of our lunches and evening meals here as a family, and played cards in the evenings. We took day trips to Toulouse, Carcassonne and Montauban as well as Auterive, Montesquieu, and the discount centre at Nailloux. A lovely family holiday. Nina was a wonderful host. Thankyou."
