"I stay here all the time, service wasn’t up to par. Usually 5star plus for everything. It was a little off this stay. I’ve always brought my 5lb yorkie and loved that this hotel is dog friendly… it’s changed its policy to only service dogs. I think a better solution would be not dogs over 15-20lbs. I visit a few times a year with my daughter and stay minimum 3 nights. I hope you consider adjusting your dog policy. I also hope staff and service were just having and off few days and will...

"Cozy room, heated flooring, efficient design with everything but a kitchenette. Perfect for short stays and small peaceful getaways. Great response time from staff, and a wonderful serene view in the middle of a city. Would and will come here again. "

"First and foremost the overall price when i got to the hotel was roughly 300$ apparently even though expedia says 99 tp 125 a night he changes it when you get there apparently in less then 24hrs new fees arise, the only language spoken there is a weird french it is not multi language. The rooms arent secure and dont lock, no wifi was provided, it stunk of smoke and crack, theres a pub on the property and if your a women the guys there cat call and follow you and owner does nothing there crack...
