"The property worked well for our group. Walking distance from the Metro, several types of eating establishments nearby. Was under the impression the place had more AC units. It was pretty hot during the group’s time. However the host supplied us with cooling mechanisms and did his best to accommodate. The host was very helpful overall."

"Large house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Dishwasher unfortunately was broken, but the house was well supplied, although no toilet paper on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and we can well advise to book this property for your stay in the Paris region, if you have a car at your disposal to get around. The contact with the host was rather minimal. "

"Lovely house, very comfortable and well equipped for a family for two weeks near to climbing areas. Fireplace with a good supply of firewood very welcome for chilly spring evenings. Very helpful and friendly host, tolerant of my limited french language skills! We would recommend and definitely stay again."

"House was good for 6 people with lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen and huge table. Own front door with courtyard was good. There is no WC in the shower room downstairs and no sink in the WC on the ground floor which we found a bit odd. Owner was very friendly and helpful and communication was excellent."

"Great property. Three floors with 2.5 baths. We had 7 people and everyone had part of a bed. Outdoor, private seating area. Close grocery store. Don't forget to go up the hill to the mall area if you are bored. Access to Paris takes a few extra minutes, so plan accordingly. Still, great spot for the price. Gerard was very responsive and helpful."

"We were in Paris for the first time visiting before the Olympics. We traveled in a large group consisting of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. The house is large, private, and comfortable. The bathrooms are upgraded and spacious. It has a washer and dryer which is a plus when staying for a longer time. The owner was very kind and even arranged a cab ride for us to the airport. "The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this. "
