"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....

"I paid for the property. I received the address of the building. We arrived around 7:30pm. The agency wrote that we needed to pickup the key adjacent to their agency from a key box. I did it. Taxis in the area do not respond to immediate calls from phone numbers based in the states. We walked up a great hill with our luggage to the address and the key did not have a number on it. "An excellent location and perfect for children right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay, cycling and exploring the local area. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We were lucky with the weather so the children loved swimming, playing in the sand and watching the many paddle boarders and windsurfers, right from the little terrace/ garden. Perfect outdoor space for eating and relaxing. Very good communication with the owner in advance , worth noting that his mother ( who lives upstairs)...
