"This spot was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. I am from the area, so I already knew about the charm and tranquility of Alligator Point. But, I was not prepared for how beautiful and comfortable this home was. The remodel is absolutely gorgeous, and the layout is perfect for families offering many opportunities for “space” when needed. I hosted a large Christmas Day dinner and the home was well stocked with dishware to accommodate the gathering. Further, the walls of windows provide an amazing view of the Gulf and the bay, which only added to the ambiance of the occasion. You can literally see water from every room in the house. Highlights were definitely the view, the tranquil location, the TWO laundry rooms, and the expansive layout. In addition, the host was a pleasure to work with, and so accommodating. She even had the housekeepers put up a Christmas tree for our arrival! Also, when I had to inform her my two year old granddaughter had spilled milk on the sofa she handled it with such grace. So appreciated. We will definitely be back. "

"My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay at this property and house. The house was very clean and spacious, and the daily views were absolutely fabulous along with the sunsets that were right outside of the back door! The property is also close to several of the state parks in that area which also added to the beauty of this trip. Adam the host of the house was available by text to answer any questions we may have had during our stay. The house and location of this property exceeded our expectation. "

"FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THE EXTRA LARGE PORCH, FOR OUR VIEWING PLEASURE OF THE OCEAN FRONT. THE PORCH WAS LIKED BY ALL : WIFE AND DOG. THEN ENTER A SPACIOUS OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE, EXCEPTIONLY CLEANED AND DECORATED, DOWN TO EVERY DETAILED ITEM NEEDED, TO INCLUDE A QUIET RELAXING TRIP. THE HOST WAS TOP NOTCH, AND VERY THOUGHTFUL TO DETAIL . THE STAY WAS ACCOMMODATING FROM HOST TO THE COTTAGE."
