"The positives first. The house was warm and offered enough space for 10 of us to sleep. We arrived at the holiday home and the stairs were frozen with ice without road salt. The floors and bathrooms in the house had been cleaned. In the kitchen the oven, toaster and microwave were not clean and neither were some of the cooking utensils. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location.
