"The restaurant is great—delicious food and a breakfast buffet with plenty of options to kick-start your morning. The staff? Friendly. But there's an interesting duality to this place: you've got the Ibis side and the Mercure side. I never ventured over to the Mercure part, but it seemed to attract a lively professional crowd as well as some older guests. I wouldn't be surprised if that was their main bread and butter. Meanwhile, the Ibis side—where we stayed—had this trendy ghost town vibe....

Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. "We have stayed twice at this excellent hotel travelling from and to the UK. Good secure parking right next to the hotel. Pet friendly except your pet cannot go in the breakfast room. Very clean. "Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. "Our Canadian add UK family met here for a much anticipated reunion. This is a gorgeous property that provided plenty of space for ten adults and six children. The house is lovely with a well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable sitting areas, and a great patio where we sat outside for meals and evening chats. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the big pool. Kate was a lovely, helpful host. All in all a great stay! "

"The private heated indoor pool was a real highlight for us. The host was friendly and welcoming and communication was good. The property is well-equipped and in a good location. There is a cycle path nearby that takes you into the local town. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....
