"I arrive very late at night and had no complications checkin in. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of options. My first time in Paris and everyone was really polite and talk English and Spanish and where nice about it that really helped a lot. Rooms are good and clean. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Over all I would stay there again. It made me feel safe and welcome. "

Although I did not get a reply from the emails I sent them to let them know of the delay, I asked that a packed breakfast be prepared for us. "The hotel was conveniently placed for going to the Louvre ( book before you go and queue) we had a nice clean room. The bath didn’t drain so easily our only issue. The room was tended to daily. It was noisy outside in the morning, nothing anyone could do about that but if it’s an issue for you beware. "

"Although it is an older hotel, could use some updates, it was perfect. It was clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to Eiffel Tower and other areas. There is a convenient metro access point. We also used Ubers, but could have walked to areas that were about a 40 minute walk. "Needed to be near train station, this was a 5minute walk. Lots of bars/restaurant's outside. At check outs n they were very friendly and helpful."
