"This hotel is newly renovated to combine old world architecture with modern sensibilities. Big rooms, 14’ ceilings, plush linens and bedding, well lit, and quiet. A short walk to restaurants and shopping. Feels like a family run hotel, with friendly staff available at all times. Great value. "

"Even though it’s on the main drag, it’s very quiet and cozy. It’s within walking distance of at least 20 small restaurants. Wonderful hosts! Delicious breakfast! It’s hard to realize that about 80 years ago, tanks landing at Normandy rolled along these same streets. "

"Beautiful hotel in a quiet location, with comfortable rooms and a very good sleep. We had a chateau room which was delightful and good value. Helpful and friendly staff, though we were caught out by the fact they don’t staff reception all hours, so you are supposed to let them know in advance when you’re arriving, if before 3pm. "Absolutely spacious, comfortable, and convenient lodging with 3 separate bedrooms with on-suite full baths in the heart of beautiful and quaint Bayeux. What more could you ask for? "The staff were very nice and agreeable. It's a fine hotel for the price. The only slight issue was the breakfast because the eggs were powdered I think or, at least, not very good. Hard boiling was the way to go. I think the breakfast options could be better overall. Other than that, it was good."

My daughter with a new born baby requested a late check out and was prepared to pay but was told ‘ no we don’t do that ‘ very bruskly ! Really ?! Most hotels do late check out options . Not good "

"We had a great one night stay experience at the hotel - really friendly helpful staff, only shame was not being able to get food at our 8.45pm arrival. We ordered uber eats so it wasnt the end of the world. Beds, linen and room were really clean and comfortable. "
