"Appartement spacieux, idéalement situé (2min a pieds de l’océan et 15min du centre d’Hossegor). Points négatifs : Certaines lumières ne sont pas fonctionnelles, les bondes de douche et lavabo sont bouchées, la douche dans un état limite (moisissures) et manque criant d’équipements de cuisine (seulement 2 verres, 1 seule casserole, 2 assiettes..) L’hôte est très sympa et disponible."

"Große Terasse mit Pflanzkübeln,die auch bepflanzt werden könnten.Terasse nicht sehr sauber. Große Küche,aber viele Schränke leer,in die man mehr Tassen,Gläser usw. zur Verfügung hätte stellen können. Bei dem Preis hätte Küchenrolle Geschirrspültaps usw.bereit gestellt werden können. Preis hat sich nach Buchung nochmals erhöht. In Beschreibung stand WIFI ausgeschrieben als Ausstattung,war aber nicht im Preis inbegriffen."

"Location très chère, 723€, par rapport à la qualité des équipements et notamment le canapé lit qui a une très mauvaise literie. Nous sommes partis 1 jour avant car nous avions trop mal au dos pour continuer à y dormir. L'agence de location n'a pas tenu compte de nos remarques sur l'état de la literie, le sommier est en mauvais très état. Ce problème a déjà été signalé depuis 2021 ! Inacceptable de louer un bien dans ces conditions !"

"Well configured apartment with lovely view out over the lagoon from the balcony. Great location: 10 min walk to Spar and beaches; 20-30 min walk to other side of Lagoon for board/boat hire. We managed without a car. More spacious then photos suggest - good communal space and plenty of kitchen space for food prep for the family. Nathalie excellent host and all queries answered promptly. Hope to visit again soon!"

"L'appartement est idéalement localisé au centre-ville de Capbreton et disposer d'une place de parking est un atout. La résidence, bien tenue, est agréable. L'appartement dispose d'une loggia sur le jardin de la résidence. Par contre, deux points negatifs : - il ne s'agit pas d'un véritable T3 (3 pièces) car le 2e espace nuit ne fait pas les 9m2 imposés par la réglementation. "The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "
