"Stayed 2 nights, room was clean and was a good size with king bed which was very comfortable. Ensuite was also of a good size with bath and over bath shower. Nice touch to have a fridge and microwave in the room. We opted not to have breakfast as we prefer to eat later. Great to have private on site parking. Service was unobtrusive 1st morning there was a basket left outside every room with fresh towels and tea, coffee supplies. Staff dont enter the room unless requested to do so. The hotel is well placed for visiting Gloucester City Centre it is about 10 - 15 minute walk into the centre all flat. Will stay here again as we visit regularly to see friends, would definitely recommend the Edward Hotel. "
