"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

"The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "The room is super cosy and clean in the centre of Paris Nice coffee and tea bar, small fridge, hairdrier. I liked shower cabin which is very large for Paris :) The team could be flexible with check in, so don't hesitate to ask if you can check in earlier. "

"Travelling to and from metro to the property is not safe at night. there is a square where a few group people watching you when ever you pass that area. therefore we tried to come home before night and not travel at night. due to this I have to booked a night at van de Europa to watch the fire works at the Disneyland. it is cost extra for us when we are thought we can travel from our property.
