"Get the river view even off season which we did. You can open your window and hear the soothing sounds. The room was well appointed, modern and clean. The on-site restaurant was pretty good too considering the front desk staff do double duty to cook as well. Service was top notch. Also the surrounding quiet and charming town has street vendors who setup shop for the locals but they spoken English too. It’s nice to be able to see a town that’s not a bunch of souvenir shops every block. We only stayed for a day but it was worth it since we were already weary from our time in Paris. "

"We stayed at the little house and it was splendid. Very spacious, it smelled great. Beds are truly comfortable. This place has everything a family of four could need and more. Their grounds are beautifully trimmed and kept, maintained and designed. Breakfast buffet was beyond delicious, their bread and crepes were very good. It was all very clean, calm, and quiet. I need to go back and stay many nights there. I will recommend for sure! All the staff here, every single person that works here greeted us with a smile. Thanks to all of you! "

"Gite is more modern than the pictures suggest. Nicely done. We enjoyed the games room. Kitchen was fine (plenty of pans). Lovely area - Carolles beach was just perfect for us."

"This rather isolated house was a bit hard to find at first, but it is very well situated with both privacy and sweeping views in mind. We were a bit far from the crowds celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Normandy invasion, but the drive up to the coast was only marred by the huge crowds and all of the dignitaries present for the occasion. All of the DDay beaches and principal towns were locked down for Macron, Biden and about 140 other heads of state or high office holders and the Vets who were here 80 years ago."

"Probably my fault but I didn't realize deposit had to be in cash. So had to scramble to find ATM to get $300. Then checking out they doubled the cleaning fee on us. They didn't provide toilet paper or dish soap and had to go to the store to buy some. Would have been nice to know there was no toilet paper before going to the bathroom."
