"Old, but clean and tidy. Cannot be faulted for the price. Young family running it, nice atmosphere, trying hard. Easy access to the Ardeche (don't follow your Sat Nav)."

"This was a 1900 hotel with heaps of character. It had on-site parking, a restaurant which was full the first night so had to go elsewhere and very limited options. Was a basic room with a hand held shower over the bath. Enjoyed our short stay in the Parc setting allowing us to enjoy the surrounding area."

"This villa is very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms.Not always possible to find an en suite on the ground floor for a 92 year old! Quiet location. Beautiful scenery. The only slight annoyance, no towels, so come prepared! Luckily our friends living nearby provided us with them! Would recommend this villa which has the bonus of a swimming pool, for the warmer weather, boules area and table tennis space. Thank you Jean Michael Michaud for providing a welcoming home!! "

"As there are no English reviews, here's the first! We stayed here in late September and the weather was fortunately good. The house is equipped for a holiday stay (no bath towels but hand & tea towels + bath mats provided - don't know if this is a French thing). Both showers are large and powerful. There was always plenty of hot water . TV is French terrestrial but there is fast internet so we watched Netflix and Sky with no difficulty by streaming through laptop to the TV. Beds comfortable and...

"We were an extended family - grandparents,parents, children and teenagers. We travelled by train and had no car. The house is spacious - plenty of room for all. Great kitchen and dining spaces. Superb shops for all needs, especially lots of organic and local farm produce. Wonderful wild swimming and energetic walks around Mt Lozere. Easy train travel to Nimes, Villefort and surrounding villages. Couldn't recommend highly enough."

"Lovely setting with large, rambling gardens over many levels. Great swimming pool with lots of sun loungers. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative is that house is split over many levels, with lots of staircases and we didn’t get this impression from the website."
