"The property was clean and had a pool for the dog days of summer. We used this hotel as a home base for bourbon trail tastings, and tours. It's centrally located for a lot of distilleries in the area. The included breakfast meant that was one less thing we had to worry about, and was really good (other than the powdered eggs, which is standard). I would stay here again. "

"We had a fun girls’ weekend at this lovely little home! The kitchen was updated and well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils and a great gas stove we used to cook breakfast. The family room was a nice place for the four of us to sit and visit. The dining room sat up to 6 and was a comfy place to enjoy meals together. It was about 1/2 mile to walk into the cute area of shops and restaurants in town. We had three cars and plenty of room to park. (Only took off one star for location because it is on a very busy road.) This was about the same cost for us as a local hotel would’ve been - and it was so much more room and better all around. We highly recommend it!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is showing its age. The amenities like breakfast, pool, towels, etc was what was expected at a BW. The area seems to be in an old part of town; strip malls and restaurants within walking distance. Not a lot of security features to separate the hotel from adjacent businesses, like fencing or barriers. It feels somewhat safe."

"We stayed in the inn which has about 15 rooms. Everything was updated. Our room was huge and had a view of the roundabout in Bardstown. The inn is right in the heart of downtown and it is less than a 10 min drive to Willett and Heaven Hill Distilleries. "
