"This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. Perfect for families. Owners are friendly and accommodating. It was a nice opportunity to talk to other guests, and lack of tv was a plus!"

"The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
