"This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. "The owner does not do a good job of maintaining this property. It is neglected for half the year so mold grows for half a year and no one cleans it. There may be a bigger mold problem than the owner realizes. When I arrived the apartment was not cleaned for the season to at least to hide the problem. I also smelled sewage in the kitchen. "We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. "We had a delightful one week stay in Antibes, with my wife, 92 year old mother and her carer. The apartment is on a leafy avenue, just five minutes from the Antibes beaches, with elevator access. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
