"Good communication about how to access the property as I arrived after reception closed. The apartment was well equipped and it was ideal for one or two people, but though it claimed to be for 4, two couples would have found it very uncomfortable, with one couple in the double bed and the second couple inches away on the sofa bed. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very kind. They allowed us to drop off our luggage early. We had a superb time visiting with them and getting to know the history of their home and the area. We were very comfortable.and would stay here again on a return trip to Saint Martin."

"This is a lovely house in a peaceful part of St Martin. Comfortable beds. Although spacious it was felt cosy. The administration lacked organisation the main problem being communication. The website states that English is spoken however all correspondence was in French, this lead to some difficulties. The main being no mention of a sizeable deposit until arrival and 140 euros for linen and towels for a week. This may have been in the contract but none was received. However this did not spoil a...

"Good location for walking into St Martin (restaurants, shops & Marina). Easy to get to beaches by bicycle (4km away). Make sure bring all basic essentials (soap, washing up liquid, bin bags Etc. as not supplied)."
