"The room was pleasant and clean, the staff were welcoming. The hotel feels a bit tired, in general. Free and secure car park was a bonus. Conveniently located for easy access to main roads. Used this hotel just for an overnight stay while travelling through france."

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. You will find Mc Donald’s , Lindt and Starbucks on the way. If you need parking you need to pop into hotel to get the code and directions. When you park in the resid spots you will find a lift to take you up to reception. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and have everything to cook and be comfortable. This time we were on the ground floor and layout was different. Previously we were high up and had the most wonderful view of river and bridge. But we asked for this well in advance. Usually shops in the centre are shut on a Sunday. But special circumstances of Xmas meant they were open. So much choice and a lovely city to visit. Xmas market was huge and so we ended up going back to hotel and ordering a Uber eats as exhausted. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"My room here is modern, small but efficient well-designed. There’s a place for everything without it being in your way. The bed is comfortable and the tub deep enough to soak in. The windows are tall enough that I can have the drapes open, but i’m not visible from the neck down. Actually, my windows aren’t visible to anyone at all. It looks and feels well maintained not patched and caulked together to hide stuff that’s falling apart. The front desk staff are very friendly and speak English well. this hotel Is within easy walking distance of mini cafés, restaurants, and basic shops and amenities that travelers Usually want access to."
