"Bos de Penit was an excellent location for 26 dear friends to talk, eat and play. Very quiet, lots of public space for people to gather. Superb grill. Incredible 30 foot long table with view of surrounding nature. Pool was lovely. We hired a chef for three nights which was a very positive addition to our stay. We recommend this location for groups who want to maximize time together in a peaceful setting."

"We had a lovely stay in Julia’s beautiful house at the end of August. The house has everything you need and beautiful furniture and amazing views from the balcony. The garden is on several levels and is fun to explore! Lalinde is in the perfect location for a holiday in the Dordogne and we went canoeing, paddle boarding and cycling as well as visiting lots of local towns and markets. Also, there wasn't any info on the gym. A bit more comprehensive info in English (probably other languages too) would really help. Also, check in time of 5pm is really late, and check out of 10 is too early. I appreciate they need to clean a whole apartment, but its difficult to work with those times."

"This is a lovely house in a beautiful rural setting. Our only recommendation to the property owners would be to update the bedding, specifically in the primary bedroom upstairs. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also, the description suggests it is a 4 minute walk to the National History Museum and 13 minute walk to the Les Eyzies train station. Unless there is a path through the woods that we did not find, the road to town is unwalkable and dangerous."
