"This is the most beautiful holiday rental we have ever had in France. The house was lovely and well-equipped and the gardens and terraces calming and peaceful. The pool was great and had the best view from the whole property with the vineyard rising up to the hills above. The only problem for us was that there was only French TV and as it was the end of September the evenings were too cold to stay outside."

The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The garden is 'rustic' but great for lots of people and the dog. Note - it is not fully fenced in, although there are hedge boundaries and gates to the main road, so the dogs can (and ours did!) escape! "What a super time we had in Grospierres. Every need catered for. Any problems addressed (sometimes through Google Translate, others my limited French was sufficient!) Tennis court and swimming pool meant the teenagers were entertained and happy, whilst being in the heart of the Ardeche for river swimming and canoeing!
