"Als wir nach Cilaos kamen, haben wir eine Stunde lang das Hotel gesucht. Hatte eine neue Adresse, über die wir nicht informiert wurden. Auch im Internet nicht zu finden Die Tel.nr auf der Reservationsbestätigung war ausser Betrieb. An der alten Adresse war auch kein Hinweis. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat sich die Wirtin auch nicht dafür entschuldigt. Sie hat uns schnell das Zimmer gezeigt, welches nur über den Garten via Balkontür zu betreten ist und nicht abschliessbar ist. sie sagte noch...

"Autorisé a prendre possession des lieu plus tôt, ce qui était excellent. Le cahier d'acceuil avec les règles de la maison et les conseils des choses à faire dans la region;restaurants.. etc est super bien fait et nous a été trés utile.Nicolas est agréable et disponible pour toutes nos questions et demandes. La maison est bien entretenue et à l'équipement nécessaire pour les vacances. Le seul petit truc un second kit de literies pour quand on lave les draps taies d'oreillers etc dans la semaine...
