"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. "Your description should include that this is a fourth floor walkup with no elevator. Since my wife and I are 75 years old this was a challenge. Also the steps up to the upper bedroom were not safe.The property was spotless and spacious and in a good location but this was offset by the fact that it was a construction site. "Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos, alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Lage ist gut, mit dem Auto erreicht man zügig viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung., u.a. Le Mont Saint Michel (halbe Stunde), nach Saint Malo kommt man in wenigen Minuten. Dinan und Dinard und Cancale sind ebenfalls nah."

"The apartment is beautiful. Right in the centre of Dinan with plenty of shops restaurants and tourist attractions. Parking was the main issue for us. We were informed by the host to park on the ‘Hotel du Villa’ car park and not to take a ticket otherwise you will be charged. There is no way you can enter the car park without taking a ticket. Once in the car park, they were lots of people driving around looking for spaces. We eventually found a space and then to the apartment for the key and...

"Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area...
