"Nettes Haus für die ganze Familie. Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich jederzeit im Haus Willkommen. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer ist in einer Einliegerwohnung untergebracht. Wir würden jderzeit wieder kommen. Hervorzuheben ist noch der Eigentümer. Kommunikation wie auch Abwicklung waren Hervorragend! "

"L'ensemble pourrait être bien (beau et grand terrain, Mimozas et rhododendrons probablement très jolis au printemps, certaines déco asiatiques intéressantes), c'est dômmage. Arrivée sur un terrain gadouilleux, décheterie à l'entrée du terrain. Une piscine verte mais non pas bleue, donc inutilisable.Un aéroport juste à côté de la maison dont le décollage des avions vous réveillent à 5h du matin. Les photos de l'interieur de la maison sur l'annonce sont magnifiques mais ne reflètent pas la réalité...

"The villa is in a great location for exploring the Medoc and all it has to offer. Arcachon Bay and Bordeaux are both within easy reach. I would recommend taking the tram to Bordeaux. The property is not luxurious but it does offer spacious comfortable accommodation with a great wrap-around garden. The 2 large sofas for relaxing on of an evening while watching the massive TV is great. The owner is very friendly and helpful and met us on arrival to show us around the villa and kindly offered to...

"Grande maison fraîche avec une salle à manger et un bar en extérieur. Parfaits pour les festivités estivales. Un jardin immense où petits et grands peuvent jouer au football au volley ball etc. 10 min en voiture du premier village. 20min du lac où les enfants peuvent apprendre la voile. Le gérant est très sympathique et disponible."

"This is a very special place in which the owners have invested a lot of care and attention. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need. The decking, outside eating area, hammock and pool are all fantastic. Tennis courts across the road. We enjoyed cycling to the beach every day (4k) with our 3 children, we also enjoyed the cafe at the end of the road. The local spar shop is very well stocked. The owner Nicolas is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great holiday."

"Das Haus wurde nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter vorher gelüftet und gesäubert - zu unserer Ankunft war alles perfekt. Das Grundstück war frisch gemäht, ist riesig und hat sehr schöne Bäume. Zudem ist die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, es wird sofort reagiert, wenn es um den Ersatz einer neuen Gasflasche, eines Grills oder um andere Probleme geht. Der Strand, Plage du Pin Sec ist weitläufig und auch in der Hauptferienzeit nicht überlaufen."
