"good hotel but defo not a 4 star you should ask for a room with no ll inclusive restaurant incredibly slow - we ate in two hours due to long service hotels quite old i dont think it will get 4 star again probs a 3 star - this should be 60 euros a night not more"

"Super séjour au calme, la propriétaire est très sympa. Petit déjeuner au top tout fait maison, juste dommage nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine faute du temps frais mais on s’est rattrapé avec le jacuzzi. Literie au top, chambre spacieuse et bonne connexion wifi. "

"Als wir nach Cilaos kamen, haben wir eine Stunde lang das Hotel gesucht. Hatte eine neue Adresse, über die wir nicht informiert wurden. Auch im Internet nicht zu finden Die Tel.nr auf der Reservationsbestätigung war ausser Betrieb. An der alten Adresse war auch kein Hinweis. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hat sich die Wirtin auch nicht dafür entschuldigt. Sie hat uns schnell das Zimmer gezeigt, welches nur über den Garten via Balkontür zu betreten ist und nicht abschliessbar ist. sie sagte noch...

"Le personnel est très sympa et l’établissement conforme à la description. Cependant, dormir dans une « bulle » au milieu de la végétation réunionnaise comporte certains aléas.. La pluie qui tape sur la bulle et vous réveille à 3h du matin, les moustiques, et l’insonorisation (voisins qui ronflent par ex.). Tout ceci est indépendant de la volonté de l’établissement. Le seul point à revoir serait le petit déjeuner, ce dernier est proposé qu’à partir de 8h30 (un peu tard pour certains). "

"Hébergement bien placé, mais beaucoup trop de vis à vis, donc pas d'intimité. Pas de paroi dans la baignoire, donc pas du tout pratique. l'eau tombe sur le carrelage poli = Risque de glissade... Trop de passage de l'agent d'entretien (tous les matins au moment du petit déjeuner). Visite récurrente de la voisine le soir qui surveille son chat. Sauf erreur de ma part, caméras extérieures non signalées. Impossible d'être dehors lorsqu'il pleut. Manque un étendoir à linge mobile pour pouvoir étendre...
