"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our 2 families (4 adults and 4 teenagers), especially the kitchen area. Enough bedrooms to split everybody and everybody was comfortable. Location was great, close to Metro store, Jean Coutu and the subway (we love Montreal subway so easy to navigate), and close to, apparently, a very popular Smoked Salmon store (and we tried it). "Very nice house in a wonderful location. It is showing signs of wear that the owner needs to address. Parking – garage is a bonus. Access alley is narrow and it can be very difficult to enter the garage – minivan just fit AC – no central AC. A wall unit is in the upstairs hall and 2nd unit in dining rm window.
