"L'expérience globale a été formidable. Nous avons dû attendre un peu pour entrer dans la résidence car il n'y avait personne à la réception et vous avez besoin du code pour ouvrir le portail. mais il était clair qu'ils travaillaient avec un nombre limité d'employés, espérons-le pendant la haute saison. , ils arrivent à recruter ! donc une personne doit bouger pour effectuer plusieurs tâches... mais à part ça, tout était génial. La réception était très désolée pour l'attente et très utile avec...

"Totally bare facility. AC not found or not working. Had to rent linen. Not a hotel but a rental apartment where you have to bring everything with you except for the bed itself. "

"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

"This property is in a great location and every room has a lovely view. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Collieure. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and bright with everything you need. The reception staff was most pleasant and able to converse in English which was greatly appreciated. Miriam welcoming from start to finish. She was very gracious and professional. I hope to stay here again some day. Expedia came through once again. "

"First time I’ve ever stayed in a property and you had to do all the cleaning yourself? We left it spotless but also never book first week in April virtually everything around was shut and does not open until Easter or second week in April only stayed one night even though booked two"

"The reception staff were amazing - so welcoming and polite. The location was very good in terms of access to the beach but quite a drive to restaurant area. Service at the bar was incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine despite the fact that there were only two guests at the bar! The bar man was preoccupied chatting to another guest! But the weirdest thing of all was we were locked out on our balcony due to doors closed (to keep out mosquitoes) and once doors closed they...
