"Clean and functional apartment-hotel with kitchen and balcony. Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again. "

"I would not recommend this property to anyone without a car. We could not find the reception area and found their limited hours unhelpful. Once we got in, the staff member was helpful and kind, but beware there is no FREE beach shuttle as listed prominently in the advertisement. I was not impressed with cleaning the apartment either."

"This property is in a great location and every room has a lovely view. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Collieure. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and bright with everything you need. The reception staff was most pleasant and able to converse in English which was greatly appreciated. Miriam welcoming from start to finish. She was very gracious and professional. I hope to stay here again some day. Expedia came through once again. "

Nous avons dû attendre un peu pour entrer dans la résidence car il n'y avait personne à la réception et vous avez besoin du code pour ouvrir le portail. mais il était clair qu'ils travaillaient avec un nombre limité d'employés, espérons-le pendant la haute saison. , ils arrivent à recruter ! donc une personne doit bouger pour effectuer plusieurs tâches... mais à part ça, tout était génial. "Totally bare facility. AC not found or not working. Had to rent linen. Not a hotel but a rental apartment where you have to bring everything with you except for the bed itself. "

"Enjoyed our stay, lovely position with a great view from the large balcony. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had to clean the small kitchen area before we left but a cleaning kit is supplied and it wasn’t really an issue,we also had to take our rubbish to the outside bins before we left. Lovely pool and good restaurants around the port. All in all good value for money."

"The reception staff were amazing - so welcoming and polite. The location was very good in terms of access to the beach but quite a drive to restaurant area. Service at the bar was incredibly slow- over 20 minutes to get a glass of wine despite the fact that there were only two guests at the bar! The bar man was preoccupied chatting to another guest! But the weirdest thing of all was we were locked out on our balcony due to doors closed (to keep out mosquitoes) and once doors closed they...

"With a good price we thought it would be a sort of shabby chic.During our stay it all went well so much so that we are seriously thinking of returning sooner rather than later.The pool excellent and our balcony views very enjoyable and great to breakfast on.Cooking facilities work well and all very claen.Top marks."

Great place to stay in Perpignan

"Fantastic hotel in Perpignan. Room was very spacious and clean. Reception and bar staff very helpful. Room top terrace was an added bonus on a sunny January afternoon. Could not fault the hotel and have stayed in many hotels at 3 times the price which fell short of what the Dali offered."

"Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "
