"Accueil très chaleureux. La maison est propre et avec beaucoup de charme. Elle est spacieuse et tres agréable à vivre. Les espaces piscine, sauna et billard permettent de passer de vrais moments de détente et de déconnexion entre amis ou en famille ! Le parc avec sa grande terrasse et ces deux barbecues sont également tres agréables. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir "

"Pascals properties are very clean and well equipped and nicely furnished. Located near the ocean in a quiet neighborhood made my stay very relaxing. My coworkers stayed at other Pascal Properties and they were equally impressed. I will stay at one of Pascals rentals when I return to the region."

"An excellent property in a peaceful neighbourhood. As with many properties the photos dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach as this is just off Barneville Plage. Garden spacious so would be good for people with children. Only suggestion and one I would make to almost every property we have stayed at, please some more hanging space in the bedrooms and a 'shelf' in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc."

"A lovely property right by the water - bars, restaurants and shops all within 100m. Host had tried really hard to make sure everything was in order. We needed for nothing in terms of the house - small touches, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing powder, toilet rolls and even a welcoming gift of cider and biscuits all provided. lovely restaurants nearby. We had a great time with our canoe at high tide. Rear patio with BBQ and separate access was great to store our bikes. Good value for...

"La location est très propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse et bien équipée et les propriétaires très prévenants.La proximité de la plage est parfaite. Seul bémol, la voiture est obligatoire pour les commerces mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. A noter, la présence d'un grand lit avec un matelas confortable. En résumé, nous nous sommes bien plus et n’hésiteront pas à reprendre contact avec M. et Mme Vella si nous revenons dans le coin."

"Stayed 8 nights in this lovely property. Is exactly as shown in the photos and would highly recommend staying here. We stayed just before in early April. Is out of season for this town so was quiet and not everything was open in Barneville Carteret but is a lovely little town. Beach is beautiful! The property a great base for exploring Normandy, we had great day trips to Mont St Michel and the D Day beaches. Would highly recommend L en bar quai restaurant (leave room for dessert!!).
