"We booked this place in short notice of arrival and were able to get a room. The room, grounds, staff and breakfast were absolutely amazing! The bed was extremely comfortable-so much so that we wanted to stay a second night but they had no availability. There is a restaurant behind the B&B that we had dessert at that evening. We highly recommend it as well. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"Wonderful! A once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a magnificent Chateau taken from the fairy tales. The owners are very nice, the place is clean and decorated with grace, with attention to every little detail and great ancient artifacts and restoration work done. The grounds are beautiful. "I am researching a book on France in both world wars. This stately manor house has a “Masterpiece Theater “ feel inside and out, and Karine is a terrific host in this beautiful fin de siecle home with 21st century-appointed Room decor. Marine provides an amazing breakfast for a small up-charge, and well worth it. Sh is an equestrian and the Villa is on horse property in rural Tamerville near Valognes. One caveat, you must have a car 🚗 Transportation options in rural Normandy are very limited....

"This property is just as advertised - and the refurbished interior is very much appreciated. It is updated and functional. The town is itself is lovely and pleasant - the weather consistently 10 degrees (farenheit) cooler than Paris, with everything you need a short walk or at most a short drive away. Gorgeous beach, dogs not allowed in July and August - but just a littl walk down the dunes to the less populous area - St Georges - dogs are permitted. So it's fine and doable to bring your dog....
