"This is the second year that we have stayed at Etiennes apartment. The space is very small and quite basic but absolutely perfect location for the ski lift ( just outside the front door). When we arrived Etienne and his family were at the apartment putting some final touches to some improvements. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had a few extra shelves, a dishwasher and an improved double bedroom. Etienne is always quick to respond to emails and is very helpful and friendly. "I have rated this 5 but with some negatives. No indication of house # except to state abstinent B which was written on the building but could not be seen until you actually were in front of the building. No washer dryer and no elevator in building. Had to take elevator in Batiment A to 1st floor and then walk and carry bags up the stairs to our flat. Could have left some extra towels as the heated towel rack did not work. Will I stay here again probably not"

"The bathroom is a health hazard. I have never EVER smelled a shower so nasty before. Cold in the suite, most of the plugs are out of the walls, risky electrical. Dishes were not clean, we could clearly see lip prints on the drinkware. Not provided with any dish soap, and the dish sponge was nasty. Communication was non-existent and we received check-in instructions half and hour after we said we would arrive (we tried calling when we got there too and the line was busy). Only positive was clean...
