"Large property within a quiet Village next to the Lake. The layout is a bit unusual but there are lots of rooms out houses and space. The stairs are probably not ideal for families or elderly people. We found a few broken items which suggest that the up keep isn’t as good as you would expect, a few broken chairs, broken glass, and the Kettle didn’t work on arrival but it was replaced quickly once we notified the property manager. We don’t speak French and the property manager had limited English...

"Lovely modern and clean property with fabulous outside areas and pool. Perfect location near the lake, cycle path, Boulangerie and other amenities. House had everything you could possibly need and hosts are super friendly and helpful. Quiet area but easily accessible to all the lovely attractions of the lake, so ideal for a fabulous holiday."

"Nous sommes venu à 2 avec nos 2 chiens et avons passez un bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé entre Annecy et Aix Les Bains, ce qui permet de visiter les environs sans faire trop de trajet. La maison est au calme, et la terrasse en hauteur donne sur une superbe vue. Le logement est plutôt frais en journée ce qui est appréciable durant les fortes chaleurs. La maison est très confortable et rénovée avec charme, avec notamment tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants. "Dejligt lille og velfungerende hus, hvor der er alt man har brug for. Vi satte størst pris på haven, udsigten og beliggenheden tæt på den offentlige strand. Let adgang til at leje padelboard og vandcykel lige ved siden af huset. Vær opmærksom på man ikke kan bade fra husets badebro. Dette er dog intet problem, da sø er strand er lige uden for døren."

"This property is a great location, clean and quiet. The stove top in my room did not work and when I asked at the desk I was told someone would be up in a few minutes. They never arrived. It was not always easy to find staff to get more toilet paper etc so make sure you do t leave it till the last minute. I would stay again, it was clean and the location was great."
