"The view from this apt is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The communication in leading up to our stay was minimal. We often had to wait a day or so for simple questions. We had difficulty getting into wifi. Some of this was due to the influx of wifi users visiting the olympics. After the 3rd day we got access but the wifi was not secure. A handbook of how to run various appliances would be helpful (heater, towel bars, etc.) Also we had anxiety each time we used the key...

"We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."
