Property was lovely and clean and the owner was on hand for anything we needed or weren’t sure about. Overall we’d gladly go back, my family are already plotting our return!"

"If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Annecy as a family/group then look no further! The whole villa is fantastic and the views are stunning. Everything has been thought about here, from the very well stocked kitchen with every utensil you can think of, to the organisation of everything! The pool area is perfect for families and soaking up the sun. 3 or 4 restaurants are within easy walking distance and a bus stop at the bottom of the road takes you into Annecy within 30 mins. "Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. "This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. "Maison très bien équipée. Électroménager haut de gamme. Grand Rez-de-chaussée très agréable, avec une grande table et un plan de travail fonctionnel. Nous étions 6 adultes. Petit bémol, les maisons voisines sont trop proches et on partage le jardin avec une autre maison, qui appartient au propriétaire paraît-il. Et ça, on ne le voit pas sur les photos. Surprise !!"

"Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux avec notre famille de 4 enfants. La maison est très bien équipée en électroménager, les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés avec le trampoline et les balançoires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse qui bénéficie d'une vue imprenable sur le lac d'Annecy. La maison est dans un secteur preservé et très calme. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir."
