"Very clean. Owner and cleaning lady helpful, professional and kind. Family-oriented, at once popular and quiet neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There was a problem and the owner resolved it promptly, efficiently and with kindness. The only concern I had is that the walls are quite thin and when the neighbours walk in the hallway, it sounds like they are in your apartment. OK in the daytime but not so good if they go to bed late or have to get up early in...

"We had a comfortable stay at Chez Francois. Our room faced the street, but was surprisingly quiet. Access to the park was lovely, and we enjoyed walking in the Plateau neighborhood nearby. This place is not convenient the Metro, however. "
